Edit: Made edits to improve the original.  Redrew the eyes to better match the original style, softened hair area, cleaned up shading on the knee and left hand, removed awkward heel in frontmost foot, added more tone in the chest area, touched up hip flowers, and redid shoe heels.

You know I figured I should upload the 3 out of the 4 members of the Artic Squadron onto dA since I went through the trouble of making them look pretty.

I didn't draw in her mascot(although I should have), but instead I threw in image of a clover that will stand in as her purification flower. :3c

These were done in Heartcatch's style, or Umakoshi-style how I like to call it. I like drawing our fan Cures this way because it makes them look legit. 8D
